Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role is to produce high quality B2B leads. Working on a variety of different campaigns, you will be speaking to professionals around the world, via telephone.

The primary responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Producing high quality B2B leads.
  •  Reaching daily targets.
  •  Speaking to professionals around the world on the telephone.

Personal attributes and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident, ambitious and driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – Presentable and highly articulate.
  • Proactive, self-starter, sense of urgency and attention to deadlines.
  • Highly curious and resourceful to find information.
  • Ability to juggle several projects and/or tasks at once, set priorities, flexible and calm working under pressure.

Demand Generation Specialist

This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing a lead generation pipeline as well as initiating client relationships. You should be experienced in appointment setting and driving new leads to the sales team.

The Demand Generation Specialist is expected to
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass Convert phone conversations to appointments, on behalf of the client.
  • Achieve monthly qualified appointment quotas.
  • Deliver unscripted responses and explanations of client’s complex product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and skill building sessions with internal and external sales teams.
  • Creatively handle objections and qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeframe.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Client’s Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
